Founding beta terms
A fair exchange: your testing for Premium access.
These terms supplement the FormSignal Terms of Service for members of the limited founding-beta programme.

Accepted testers receive the complete beta version of FormSignal Premium without a fee or payment method. Places are limited, personal and non-transferable.
2. What “free for life” means
It means complimentary Premium access for the lifetime of the FormSignal service, not the lifetime of an individual. It has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. The service, features and supported platforms may evolve or eventually be discontinued.
3. Tester participation
You agree to make a genuine effort to use the app across several race days and provide honest, useful feedback about faults, usability and prediction presentation. We may contact you about beta testing, activation, material service changes and feedback; this is service communication, not unrelated marketing.
4. Access and security
Each place is limited to one enrolled tester account and one Android phone. Keep the private activation link confidential. We may suspend or revoke access for link sharing, abuse, attempted circumvention, material breach, or no genuine participation after reasonable contact.
5. Beta limitations
Beta software may contain defects, incomplete features, delayed data or service interruptions. Predictions are probabilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Do not rely on the beta where an error could cause harm or loss.
6. Feedback and privacy
You allow FormSignal to use feedback to test and improve the product without owing a fee or attribution. Personal information remains governed by the Privacy Notice. You retain ownership of any pre-existing material you submit.
