Straightforward terms for using FormSignal.

These terms apply to the FormSignal website, Android app, trial and paid subscriptions supplied by Rubbleo (JL Software). Please read them before starting.

1. The service

FormSignal provides horse-racing predictions, probability-based analysis, projected finishing orders and related race information. Coverage and features can vary with available race data, service tier and device compatibility.

2. Predictions are not guarantees

Racing outcomes are uncertain. FormSignal does not guarantee winners, profit, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, does not place wagers, and is not financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a subscription agreement and use the service where you live. Access is personal, non-transferable and normally limited to the supported number of devices. You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, misuse the trial, reverse engineer the app, scrape protected subscriber content, or disrupt the service.

4. Trial, prices and recurring payments

The seven-day trial requires no payment method. If you do nothing, it ends automatically with no charge. If you choose a paid plan, Stripe displays and asks you to confirm the recurring price and frequency before payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. 4A. Founding beta

Founding-beta access is governed by the separate Founding Beta Terms. It is complimentary, personal and conditional on genuine testing participation. “Free for life” means for the lifetime of the FormSignal service.

5. Cancellation, missed payments and consumer rights

You may turn off renewal through Stripe’s customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation does not carry a fee and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access may be paused or withdrawn when a payment fails. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights, including rights relating to digital content or services that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as described.

6. App installation and updates

The Android installer is supplied through FormSignal’s protected download page rather than Google Play. You are responsible for using a compatible device and obtaining updates from the official FormSignal service. Security or data-feed changes may require an update and may temporarily affect older versions.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but live data, internet access, weather feeds and third-party systems can be delayed or unavailable. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance or product improvement. Material subscription changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.

8. Intellectual property and liability

FormSignal’s software, design, models, branding and proprietary analysis remain protected intellectual property. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses or decisions arising from reliance on predictions.

9. Ending access and resolving concerns

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment or a serious breach, and will act proportionately. Email contact@formsignalracing.com so we can try to resolve any concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights you have where you live.
